Subject: Anyone had a pickup flatbed sprayed with bedliner


Central Missouri		I just had my Bradford bed extreme lined. Man it looks good. I did the whole thing headache rack and all. It was way cheaper than paint. I'm anxious to see how it last.

Fairbury, NE (Southeast)		Is extreme a brand? I think a Line-x bed would be sweet, but $$$

ok		I absolutely hate the gator grip on my deweze. That crap is slicker than greased owl poop..If it's hot it's OK but cold it's terrible

Nance County, Ne		I've been tempted to do that as we'll. My Bradford is flaking terrible. Thought about getting sandblast and painted or linex it.

The extreme on my regular bed has lasted 10 years still looks good doen't get used quite as hard as a flatbed probably will.
I have a pic that I took just last week, if you want to see how it's held up.

Saronville NE		Neighbor has his whole Bradford bed covered with LineX. Im sure its nice, but bet that was pricey.

Texas/New Mexico Stateline		I put Herculiner on the top of the bed of mine. I was very impressed for a $99 product. It is NOT slippery, in fact sometimes it is aggravating if you want to slide something across it and it won't go.

South Carolina		Got rhino linings put on mine with 0 complaints. Wish I would have sandblasted first because the bed had some concrete residue but its under warranty.

Central Missouri		Was it blasted and bedlinered? Or lined over the original finish?

I have been pricing having my ironstar (similar to Bradford in style) sand blasted and powder coated. Figures are between $600/$850, for 7'x7'. Painting was additional $350 or so over powder. My bed is only 6 years old and looking pretty sad.

Central Missouri		They just wire wheeled the rust washed and sprayed it. Mine is Extreme liner brand. Did it on the truck. Cost a lot less than painting.

Central Missouri		Floyd's Car Star did mine. They did a great job even got the front of the headache rack really good.

EC IA		I have Line X on my truck and is very slick when it gets cold in Iowa , next truck I will Line X the sides of the box and use a rubber mat on the floor.

South Western Ontario, Canada		Love my line x. I don't find it slick wet or cold. It has saved my bed MANY times! Worth every penny.
