Central Iowa | I've got a PRO 600 on a 7120 combine that won't maintain yield accuracy after calibration. I've been running PRO 600's for years and never had any issues. Yesterday I calibrated with 4 cal loads and when I did a check on 7800# I was within 20#, so after calibration it was very accurate. This morning I harvest a load and bring it to the elevator and check my my weight against the monitor and I'm off 6%. This is my 2nd calibration for the year and after the first calibration the accuracy slowly got worse which is why I recalibrated. Any suggestions on why my accuracy is fading after I do a calibration? My cal loads are still in the monitor so I'm pretty sure it's still recognizing the calibration. Is there a possible software issue? I'm also wondering if I'm losing my calibration when the monitor powers down? All I know is my yield maps are worthless if I can't trust the numbers. | |
