NW Ohio | I'm working on our Case 580 Super E backhoe. It has some wiring issues that were not noticed when purchased. It has had intermittent issues. I found that part of the wiring harness was worn through and somewhat welded together. That explained that constant battery drain. I am wanting the lights to work, too. I found that someone had clipped and added new wires to get power to the key from another source because the original wire was melted. My plan is to fix it back like it should be. I have a Case Service Manual for it. I found what I needed for the wiring diagram. In looking at it, I think the key code is missing stuff. I am looking at the diagram for the chassis machine with relays (and test switch for flasher lights). The electrical system components are labeled out from A to YY. The electrical system circuits by wire number go from 1 thru 23, skipping 24 thru 42, then 43 thru 84. These list out the wire color, "from" and "to" for the wires. I need the missing information to follow wire colors.
My question: Is the "missing" 24 - 42 wire numbers found at a different spot in the manual? I can't find them. Would anyone have a complete legend key to the Service Manual Diagrams? The page number on my diagram is "4003-11" with the legend key on "4003-10".
