Who makes the best pull type sprayer? 90ft boom, 1000-1200 gallon tank with dual wheels set for 30in rows. Not many of these in this part of the world what brand do I need to be looking at.

We have a top air and really like it. Our is 1600 90ft. Only thing I don't like is the boom is powder coat and it is peeling off in sheets after 4 years.

Best??? --------->   Hardi Commander with a Force or Terra Force boom.

If you don't have a dealer, then it may not be the "best" choice for you.  A lot of factors can influence what is best for each person.  Cost, dealer, etc., but if you are purely asking about quality of boom and in field performance, inductor, flush system, pump, tank design -- I haven't seen anything better in a pull type sprayer.  Watch one run in the field.  Boom stability and durability varies a lot between different brands of pull types.

I like my Demco 1250.  Cleans out nice and trails well in wheel tracks.  Booms are holding up well and no problems in 5 years covering about 2000 acres per year.

My demco has about 5 seasons on it and they are starting to fall apart
. I have had a lot of problems with seals going out in the hydro block.

Nothing will out perform a Hardi with a force boom. Nothing. But, their not the lower priced ones on the market and,as stated, you need a servicing dealer.

The Hardi Model GN 4000 with 60' 90' that can do both. The Hardi Diaphragh pump 90 GPM at the same time 210 PSI is hard to see a better pump. Here we want 6 bank boom shut offs. 15 ' works well with 12 row planters. Can set wheels at 60 to 120" but at 60" wheels you have to slow down on the road or you can tip the sprayer over on short turns. We sold Hardi for 30 years the 4000 is the best Hardi I have sold in 30 years hands down.

I am around alot of pull type sprayers at customers, installing boom height systems, in my opinion you can't go wrong with a Hardi, Fast or Demco all very high quality.

I have used a Summers for six seasons now, best riding boom I've ever seen, have never had to fix anything on it. Spray 6000 acres a year with it.

Second the summers, had mine for ten yrs and no problems at all. Booms very good and well built. In my opinion hardy sprayers are over rated, high priced and cheap booms compared to summers. Just wait till you have to fix pump on hardy, very high priced. I didn't like idea of pro pump cuz must have tractor running high speed most of the time where summers use hyd and can be idling!!!

On second Bestway Sprayer. First one was 10 years old, with X-fold booms. Still had alot of life left, traded for 90' Frontfold. Major boom improvement!
Have never had any issues, would buy another one again. But like posted earlier, dealer support is a major factor!

We bought a hardi with 1200 gal tank and 100 booms. No duals but adjustable axles. Been very happy with it.

Top Air hands down. Went from many years of Summers and Keller to a top air and there is no comparison. 90 ft Summers was good. 110ft Summers was horrible. 110ft Keller is good but clumsy. Went to a 132ft top air and they are in a whole different league. ran one on tires for four years and never had any trouble. Doing about 10000 acres a year. Traded for same thing but on tracks for this year. Five years ago the country here was full of Summers and hardi, now most are top air, and some Keller,or h&s
