Chebanse, IL..... | I have a camera kit for ipad (adapts USB connector to funky ipad connector). It's a genuine Apple adapter thing. So, I wanted to load an mp4 movie residing on my USB flashdrive to the ipad. I plugged the adapter & flashdrive in & instantly pops up a message that says, "device requires too much power, cannot operate....", or words to that effect.
I googled & I see that mp4 files have to have an 8 character name, plus the file extension to load to ipad. I did that. But what is causing the "....requires too much power...." message? This is just a plain old Kingston USB flashdrive. Works just fine on everything else. Any suggestions?
I have my thoughts already on this square peg in round hole that seems to exist between Apple stuff & MS stuff. Apparently I'm not as tolerant as most of society. |
