Subject: Interesting old wrench (edited to post the photo)

North Shore, O`ahu

This old wrench has been hanging on a nail at the New York house for as long as I can remember. The open end sizes are 1/2, 5/8, 7/8, and 1.  The hex in the center is 1-1/8.  The square socket on the end of the handle is one inch square.  There is a very small amount of paint on it that appears to be IH red.  Any ideas what it was originally supplied with?
