Subject: Where to buy farm toys

Adelaide Hills, South Australia
Good farm toys like Ertl or Bruder are really expensive in Australia. I notice on Ebay that the prices are about the cost from the USA or UK plus the individual freight. Can anyone recommend an online seller that would combine shipping to Australia? Maybe then Grandma can buy a few more for the grandkids!!

Not sure how shipping would work. I use www.farmtoysforfun.com, or www.bossenimp.com. Both are good but I prefer the first one. When you call, you talk to an owner, husband and wife team. Very, very good to do business with. Never have any problems.

Moore's have a lot of business in Australia and Africa. I have used Moore's, Van Kley's (farmtoysforfun.com), Action, and Angotti's. I cannot STAND Al and Cathy Van Kley. Everything is marked up more than usual, bad customer service, and overall, just not very friendly. Angotti's are the best source for me. They will talk and talk forever if you have the time. They sell custom and stock toys too. I have never met the Action crew, but they seem to be friendly. jmo.

You could try Jolley's at Meaford, Ontario. I think they would ship anywhere. Nice people.

+1 Al is a very grumpy man and when I tried selling some of his toys he personally made back he would only give me half price what I paid for it. I also have my entire collection of ertl toys for sale. I could email the list if you wanted.
