| Happy Gro or Mega Gro can't remeber which. They are not growth regulatr they kinetic growth enhancers that are used in greenhouses for various reasons. |

Flora IL | the monsanto facitily in stl was made just for growth regulators... after several years that didn't work out and they changed it to something else... something like that kinda tells me its not worth a guys money..
