Subject: Fusarium on corn seedlings

SE PA
had a question from a farmer today that i was unable to answer. What is the best what to control fusarium in corn seedlings. Has happened the past 2 years. is lower black ground that tends to be wetter in a corn/bean/double crop wheat rotation. Some is corn on corn. Corn gets to 2 or 3 leaves and then it shows signs of fusaruim. Said it was confirmed with testing. Is there a fungicide that could be put on the seed at planting that would get the corn plants past the seedling stage. Or what crop possibilities could be worked into the system as a non host for fusarium. I think beans are a non host but it's take more then that to get this under control from a rotation stand point.
Any suggestions or advice for this grower?
