SE ND
Picture taken in Minot, ND. Evidently the river came up so fast, they opted to leave some things behind.

Looks like a decent cart anyway? I'd save that at least...

What's the water going to hurt on a grain cart?  Maybe re-grease the hubs if it got that deep and change the oil in the gearbox for good measure.

Portland, ND
I got a picture on my cell phone yesterday morning with the nice equipment sitting in the water. A JD ccs planter with the row units in the water, a NH utility tractor up to the floorboards, and 4 newer model NH combines in at least 3 feet of water, along with several other front line pieces. Not pretty.

I've wondered whats going to come of all the flooded equipment that got ruined this year. I'd say it'll be sold off and many people will get a dud...

The salvage yards can stock up on late model parts that were unaffected or easily restorable.

We bought a gravity box and gear in the late 90's that had a Mississippi river town dealer sticker on it. The wheel bearings were a bit loose so I set about to repack them. There was water in the dust cap and the hub in all four wheels. Figured some machinery jockey brought them up to sell. Joe
