Received my bill from having my grass hay mowed this past summer.and was shocked to see what i was charged. It was based on time spent mowing not by the acre and the rate was $98/hr. Seems very high to me. Am I wrong for being shocked at the bill or is this the going rate. Me bad for not asking in advance but wow.
