Subject: Red Soybeans? Need some help on this one...(pics)

Tilley, Alberta
What would cause newly emerging soybeans to have an indian red color to them? They are sporadic throughout the field, but being new to this crop, I am not sure what is happening. The temperatures have been chilly over the past 10 days, could it be cold injury/stress? There was no frost on these seedlings since they emerged. Thanks in advance.

Patrick
