Subject: Banjo Regulating Valve Wiring Question

I have a Raven system that I'm trying to stretch out to do high volume applications. I recently purchased a banjo 3" MEVXR300 regulating valve. It however, has four wires. I thought I would simply be able to join the ground and run Raven yellow positive signal for open and Raven green positive signal for close. What I found out is when you link the grounds, the motor won't turn. When I don't use the grounds at all the motor does turn both ways, but it's lacking power. Looking for advice on how to properly wire this set up. Below is the diagram that banjo supplies. Also attached is a wiring guide.

Thanks!
