We had a nasty storm roll in today and the shop roof is completely gone. It is a wood frame building, 50x70 and was finished with liner panel and insulation. The trusses are still in place but sagging from the water in the insulation. Walls appear ok. So what is the process to remove all the insulation from the roof to start over? I have been thinking of a million ideas but none are very good or safe. I’m thinking drop all the liner panel and insulation with a lift? Anyone had this happen before? Thanks
