Central Nebraska | It feel like over the past four or five years I have lost quite a lot of muscle mass. I am 6'1 and 180 lbs. Farm and run another business. Always worked hard but never have lifted a weight in my life and I dont know where to start. We live in very rural NE and dont have any trainers close. How would I even start? Is there an app that I can follow or use to track workouts? I dont want to do it wrong and injure myself.
Just looking for any advice on how to start. Wife thinks I am too skinny!
