We do a lot of forage sorghum haylage and wheat / triticale haylage. Always have run the conditioning rollers and have never ran one with the conditioning impellers. Which is preferred in haylage? Didn’t know if the impeller would knock the seeds out of the seed head in the forage sorghum?
