Kansas | We're looking at a Kuhn MM900 hay merger and know nothing about that model. We would be using it to merge Cereal Rye that had been swathed in 18 foot swaths. Sometimes the Rye can be very heavy and sometimes not so heavy. We're wondering if this machine would be capable of handling a heavy windrow of rye that would be merged into two windrows or if it is a light crop could we merge two windrows into a third?
Our chopper man likes a heavy windrow and we are wanting to have a merger that can handle a light windrow or a heavy one. Hopefully this all makes sense and someone has had experience with this particular mode. Thanks!
