NW Missouri | How much per acre is a good condition Kinze 3500 8/15 worth to rent? Renter supplies everything except the planter.
My father-in-law hired me to do his planting this year, and it's done, but he was approached by a young guy that helps him once in a while about renting out his planter that isn't being used. He trusts him to take care of it, and doesn't mind helping him out, but he isn't sure what to charge. I was thinking maybe $6-$8 an acre?? How would you divide the custom rate to account for operator/tractor/diesel/planter? | |
