Subject: Challenger MT755D hazing

We’ve got a MT755D and this spring we’ve noticed quite a bit of the time but not always, it will produce a bluish white haze out of the exhaust. It also has recently started using coolant with no obvious or visible leaks. When I say using coolant it’s using 3-4 gallons every 100 hours or so. I know conventional wisdom says head gaskets but I don’t believe that to be the case. It is not puking any coolant out of the reservoir and it is not the normal blown head gasket smoke. I suspect it is an issue with the DEF dosing module. Tractor has around 2200 hours on it and has been a planter and grain cart tractor it’s whole life. Not like it’s had to be guys pulled out of it. Had anybody else had this issue with one of these tractors? Thanks!
