Sesd | HAve a old grove about 300f t long or so that runs east and west. Its pretty much done and am tearing it out come spring. I have room for about four rows of trees maybe 5. I use this as a windbreak for some calves and cows. What everyone been putting in for trees? Have heard there is a new elm that is resistant to disease, some around have been planting amur maple, Some evergreens would be nice but it seems like they dont do real well on this place and if they do take it takes forever to get them to any size to do any good. would like to have something that will at least help in five or ten yrs. I am in sesd. | |
