Subject: John Deere 6415 Fuel issue

I have a tier II engine JD 6415. It starts fine but after 5-10 minutes, it begins running rough intermittently. Sometimes it will even out and run OK for an hour but most times it acts like it has air in the fuel lines. I have read multiple posts online on this common problem so I have : changed all factory soft fuel lines with NAPA rubber lines and hose clamps, drained fuel tank (fuel looked good), replaced fuel cap (built in breather), changed fuel filters, and replaced the fuel transfer pump. I thought I couple times I had it fixed but it keeps coming back. It seems like it is draining back into the tank and I have to run the air out before it straightens out. It doesn't have a check valve that I know of in the system. I have run out of ideas and am looking for some help to get this thing up and running. Thank you for helping !
