Subject: Rule of thumb for letting oats lay before baling wet?

Sioux Falls, SD
Cut with steel conditioner, will be wrapping individually and oats are in the milk stage. Forecast provided. Oats are relatively clean other than some volunteer canola. Flip Wed morning and bale in the afternoon? Shooting to be in that 40% range.
