Subject: Dewalt electric chainsaw

My 20V Dewalt chainsaw quit working the other day. Followed a couple of YouTube videos, checked the switches and they seemed to work. So either the control board or motor is bad. Either way you need to replace both and that is almost the cost of a new saw. Dewalt has a 20v like mine but has newer model which is 60v. Wondering if it 60v is worth the extra cost? Or should I look at a different brand? Currently have Dewalt tools and batteries. Use it for fence lines and small trims.
