Southwest Iowa | We grill 1-3 times per week, depending on the season. Usually no more than myself, wife and 3 kids, but occasionally have friends or family over. We do beef, pork and fish every now and then.
Just curious what others think would be a good pellet grill/smoker under those circumstances? I like the info I’ve read on the Rec-Tec’s, but don’t feel like dropping $1K on one. I know you get what you pay for, so there might be good reason to pony up some cash to an extent. But I don’t want to over spend if I don’t have to.
