Replaced D2 governor on my 97' Kenworth and the new governor leaks air out of the exhaust port constantly. Tried adjusting the cutout but that does no good. All lines are hooked up correctly near as I can tell. Truck shop thinks new one Is bad as well. Any other thoughts?
