| I always thought Frontier airline was the worst airline ever. I’ve had nothing but terrible service and rude employees the few times I had flown them. Swore never again and haven’t gone back. Been sitting in airport since 7:30 for a 9 0clock flight.our incoming flight had One hour stoppage for bad weather in Milwaukee, I guess, but instead of getting us back flying , they put all the other scheduled flights in front of us. Keep giving us updates that we will fly within the next hour. The latest is they can’t find the captain. Then they finally found one , but sat on the tarmac too long and now has timed out for the day. They told us fingers crossed, they are trying to find another one qualified to fly. This is United Express. A comedy of errors. I feel sorry for the poor employee trying to keep us informed, she know they look like fools. Remind me to go shopping for a new Suburban or Expedition and stop flying . Rant over. | |
