If you need flash from Adobe to post pictures on this site I have a couple of suggestions.

Read to see which version of flash you need, if you have Windows 10 you probably have a 64 bit system. On the page I first referenced click on install after you remove the checkmark to install McAfee. That should open a window that allows you to download the installer. Once you have found the installer file, RIGHT click on it and at the bottom of that window will be properties.  Left click on on properties.  At the bottom if there is a box that says unblock, put a check in that box and click apply or ok.

Now double click on the installer and it will go back to the Internet, it will download and install flash.  Restart your browser and you should be good.

If you don't see unblock and it looks like the picture below just close it and double click to install.  Windows Defender and some browsers block the installation if you don't open as above and unblock.
