Subject: question on health insurance company

IL
Greetings on this late night from Western Illinois! Still not raining, so getting field work done. Saw the first of the anhydrous tanks go by our house today. I have this thought about the guy that farms the ground right next to our yard--he always does work in the field--planting, combining, spraying etc., when I have all of my lines full of laundry, or every window in our house is open! Sure enough on this windy day when my lines were full of clothes--he pulls in to put on anhydrous!! Its just my little thing that I get a kick out of!
West Illini is at work driving the feed and he wanted me to post a quick question. The other day I got a sales call from a lady representing a health insurance company that serves many rural people who dont get insurance through work. The things that she said were pretty intriquing, particularly the part about having paid doctor visits, which no matter which company we have been with in the past, we have never had. She also made it sound like it was more affordable with a lower deductible than any of the other providers. The company is called Reserve National. We were wondering if anyone out there has had dealings with this company, or for that matter, even heard of them. We dont want to get involved with something that turns out to be some kind of a racket. We would love some feedback concerning this, as we are back to shopping around for insurance providers. The cost of having health insurance on your own is outrageous. Fortunately our family has always been very healthy--neither of the kids has missed a day of school for illness since the first grade- and the daughter is a freshman- so were lucky. However, she plays volleyball, and is pretty aggressive about it, so just incase of something breaking, we would like to have coverage. If anyone knows anything about Reserve National and their health insurance- let us know
Have a good night, and continue to be safe in the fields
