As sad as that sounds. For me, that is the definition. A sick way to live.
Self sabotage is a mean and destructive trait.
A habit created to truly live my definition of depression. Doing something to create a positive emotional stimulation. Then doing something stupid to rob self of the positive stimulation. Form habit. Rinse and repeat.
Nice girls get hurt.
They see the potential you have. In their ultimate niceness, they seek to help you develop that. When it doesn't happen, the result is obvious.
I will never look at life the same.
It is true. I will never view people or events the same as I once was. The recovery process is the definition of personal growth.
Life will be good again.
People are amazingly understanding and forgiving in life.
I have surrounded myself with an amazing group of people. I thank you all.
Confidence is a highly underrated trait.
We all know it is important. But to truly understand, live without ANY. For YEARS.
That is enough for tonight.
