Subject: International Service Truck Air Brake Question/Problem.

I picked this truck up last fall on Purple Wave for $800 knowing it had engine issues. Its an 1988 International 1955 , DT466, 5+2 and air brakes. It had 2 scored liners and the crank and cam were both rusted up from sitting. Got a new cam had the crank turned and rebuilt the engine and its running good now. When I picked the truck up we aired it up off another tractor. The truck held air for the better part of 6 months. I went to move it for the first time today and It won't build air over about 30lbs before it dumps out the air dryer. It had a lot of moisture in the air. I am assuming that the desiccant in the dryer is shot, but I can't find a model or make on the dryer anywhere. I am going to rebuild/replace the purge valve and governor while I'm at it. The first picture is of the dryer. Can anyone I.D. it ? I'll stick a few pictures up of the truck as well. I still have to paint the box. She's a work in progress but ought to be ok for a young guy starting out.
