Kentucky | First time out this year today with 1st generation baler. Worked pretty well until twine change over on #1 knotter from left, standing behind. Knot started hanging on bale hook or would break after tieing and would have to thread down form top. #2 changed over and had similar problems. got worse. discovered tucker finger bolt was gone. (Updated tucker fingers). Replaced bolt and #s 2, 3, and 4 would not tie at all. was able to get to talk to previous owner and he said I need a flat and lock washer under the finger. got 3s 2,3, & 4 back tieing shorty. Number 1 is still not right all the time. Knot will hang on bill hook at times and/or twine will break on what should be the first knot for new bale.
Frustrated to say the least.
Thanks in advance for advice,
