Croswell, Michigan | I have a Deere 385 baler(little brother to the 435 and 535) that makes a 4x5 round bale. I have had this baler for about 10 years and it used to make bales you could bounce a baseball off of but now they seem to be getting loose. There is no tension adjustment in the manual. Could the belts be getting streached? It probably bales 500-1000 bales a year and other than repairing the lacing on a couple of belts, I have never done anything to the belts.
