| Why is it that everyone who sells an acreage can't just sell a square parcel?
Then when the new owner inevitably takes out the fence, trees survey markers or what ever was the line it is difficult to get the line re established.
I spent the morning looking up the property lines and checking them.
The math does not work for the dimensions given.
Not that I couldn't make a mistake, or when degrees are given down to 4 decimals there is not room for error.
I have found most county assessor maps may or may not be close.
