Subject: Mice in Straw Barn

Germantown, Ohio
Not sure where this fits, but we'll try it here. Took 1st load of straw out of a barn today and have some mice issues already, not bad, but still a few chewed strings. Barn is on a farm where nobody lives. We dropped of 3 or 4 wild/farm cats right after filling it. At least one is still in the area I saw it when cutting the beans.

Question is, what do you guys do to keep the mice out in this situation? I've rebaled straw and don't want to do it again.
