Just posted yesterday but after making another big jump today thought it was appropriate to post again. Got oxygen down to 1 liter today. At that rate she should be off tomorrow. And weaned a med. so we now have 3 days of weans for meds left. After that it's just get her back up to full feeds and we can get outta here!!!
