Central Ohio | Like a lot of people, we are looking to upgrade some older 4-wheelers. We like what we see in the Case IH Steigers, but I am having trouble figuring out what the major upgrades are from the 9100 to the 9200 series (other than skip shift) and the 9200 to the 9300 series. Any help?
We have found a 9350 Steiger w/ 3100 hours we are most likely going to trade a JD 8630 on for pulling a 36ft Deere air seeder. We are looking at 9170s and 9270s for tillage. Any differences other than hp between those and the 9x80s?
How many hours is reasonable to get out of a well maintained M11 or N14 and powershift tranny in these tractors before overhaul?
Anything to look for in particular when buying?
