Subject: john deere switch plow, shear bolt or auto reset?

Bartlett TX
I am about to order a new Deere 7 bottom switch plow. I have never seen the auto reset shanks and can't decide which ones to get. We use our switch plow to plow up terraces in the fall. The ground is usually hard and dry, and we often shear bolts on our old 965 plow. What are some opinions on the auto reset option? My dealer doesn't know anything about them and the Deere website doesn't show much. Thanks
