Subject: Concrete/bin pad questions

SW Ontario
Don't have much concrete experience but have poured a couple smaller bin pads and some other flat pads over the last couple years. Getting ready to pour a 38' pad for a 36' bin in the next week or two and possibly a 30x30 pad in front my shop as well. Friend mentioned he's got a power screed and I could use it. Is it worth grabbing for a bin pad? Always just screeded the pads off with a board and a pipe in the center of the pad to keep the center the same height as the top of the forms for round pads and the rectangle ones made sure the screed board was longer than the pad was wide.

Renting forms for this 38' pad, can I put them up by myself or do I need help? I have help lined up for the actual pour of course. Used old bin sheets for the smaller round bin pads and I did them myself but never even seen regular bin forms to know what I'm dealing with. Put the forms up first then do the rebar or rebar first? I did the rebar first before then put the forms up around everything on the bins pads but not knowing what actual forms are like maybe they should go up first then do the rebar after so it sits nicely inside the forms? Seems like it would be a pain working between the gravel pile inside and the forms.
