Central Western VA Mountains | In our area, over the last couple of years we have seen land and home prices skyrocket. It seems that realtors put a really high price on real estate and folks appear almost desperate to buy asap - probably fueling even higher prices IMHO.
I assume this trend is nationwide?
What is the likely hood we see home and land prices plummet at some point going forward? I don’t think these prices are sustainable.
