Eldridge, Iowa | Our family received the bad news about 5 pm this evening that dad and his truck had been found stuck down a dirt road north of here about 8 miles. It looks likes he made a wrong turn down this dead end road, got stuck, and had a fatal heart attack while trying with his hands and a pitch fork to get out. A local neighbor reported it today sometime. He had Alzheimers and often got confused. Thanks for all your prayers. I wish I had better news to report to you all. | |
