Subject: JD 8100 Hydrolic problems

I stop at the end of a field to day to check on something on the planter and when i got back in my JD 8100 the stop light was on and there was buzzer going of and a code on the screen. I think the code was CCU 63. Looked it up in the book and and it said it was for low hydrolic oil. So I got out and checked the site class and it was full not low so I pulled the fill cap off and oil shot every where. Does anyone have any idea what could cause this. My guess is that something is plugged some where. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
