E. Kansas | I have recently been making a lot of bread. Growing up on a wheat farm fairly close to Hudson KS, my mom always used Hudson Cream. But my wife and I live in Eastern KS, and she seems to always buy Wal-Mart brand flour. She recently brought home some Hudson Cream unbleached, and I told her to keep buying it! My daughter who loves to bake even noticed the difference. It may be a little more expensive, but I urge you to give it a try if it is available in your area!
