| I’ve been trying my best to do a biblical diet for the past couple months. Lost about 14lbs so far, just by changing what I don’t eat anymore.
Which is bread, chips, sweets, processed snacks, anything processed basically.
Been pretty easy really.
However, my one achillea’s heel has been pizza. When out with the fam, pizza is always the stop. Why does the pizza not make me feel terrible? The dough specifically. Is handmade pizza dough better for you then bread and other processed foods?
Wife made some tacos the other night. I ate about 10 of them with the shells from the grocery store. I felt horrible about an hour later. Was 0830pm and I was asleep. Definite crash after those shells.
