Postage stamps can be bought on line for 65%+ off. I questioned a long time postal worker if they where ligit, and he assured me they were. He did not go into detail, but how can the post office keep operating when you can buy a $.78 stamp for about $.27. It seems to me the only way is to keep raising the price of stamps, or STOP selling discounted stamps.
