"is high dose vitamin B. I take B1 and Benfotiamine both."

I am so frustrated trying to put small pieces in a motherboard at times because of an essential tremor.  I know you are NOT recommending any of these but I am curious as to how much of B1 and Benfotiamine you consider high dosage.  I've never heard of Benfotiamine and assume it's available at most stores in the vitamin section?
