| What I'm trying is placing a rugged tablet on a pedestal near the driver door area on our truck scale and have it duplicate the weigh screen software that is on the scale house pc. We drive over the pit and directly onto the scale. Walk back to scale house and scale in. Get back in truck and backup a half truck length and un load. Would just like to save a few steps and be a little bit of a time saver to just pull in loaded and tap the tablet a gross weight and then backup. I would test a grain sample while dumping and could actually scale out at the tablet but will probably go back into scale house to finish out ticket just to make sure it prints a hard copy. I can easily run a ethernet wire for the tablet to where I need it. The PC software will work with a touch screen feature but I prefer to use a mouse just because I don't like to have all the fingerprints on the screen. Since the software is setup to use touch screen, I'm thinking it will work fine with the tablet. SOOO. What's the best and easiest way to make this happen? Both screens need to be used simultaneously. Thanks for any pointers or suggestions.
