Mascoutah, Illinois | Bob, how much rain did you get? Isn't it amazing on a day with just a 30% chance, we get hammered. (It was a pretty impressive storm!!!) Had intentions of planting again on Thursday. Corn in this neck of the woods looks to be about 30% complete, ZERO beans. What is the progress in your area? I heard the Edwardsville area has had almost 11 inches of rain this week. I spoke too soon when I said we had dodged the majority of the rain. Next time, I will keep my big mouth shut.
I believe in 2010 I am going to be a custom rain guage reader and dumper.
