N IL

I got a questionnaire to be on a jury today but it actually came from the district court (must be a big trial???)  anyway, I don't really have time for crap like this right now.  Can I just throw it away?  It says they will come after me if I don't fill it out within 10 days, will they really?

I know a guy that just throws them away when he gets them, he theory is that if they really wanted him to get it they would have sent it certified mail.

What do you guys think?  Any personal experiences are welcome.

Thanks
