Subject: How to : Neuter my cat

Can anyone tell me how to do a do-it-yourself Cat Neutering.

I had a visit with a New Zealand Sheep farmer and he said he always did it himself and couldn't imagine having to pay for it. He said he put the cat head-first into a sack and then just gave a quick slice, just like with the sheep.

I don't have much experience with animals, veterinary wise, but I figure this might be a good place to start.

The First and Last cat I ever paid to have neutered went missing 3 weeks after he got snipped and it cost me over $300 to have him done. So I'm looking for a more economical solution.
