| We got a new computer a years or so ago and have been having a devil of a time scanning an attachment to an email, or even to the computer.
It will print from the computer just fine. But from the scanner to the computer we have to put it on a usb stick and move it to the computer.
Finally I noticed the other day the scanner says we need to change the firewall settings.
So far I am not finding where to do that.
We did end up with AVG and I tried to delete it.
We are running windows 11. The settings show the windows firewall is shut off.
